Summary

Gene Kim, Kevin Behr, and George Spafford tell the story of Bill, an IT manager at the fictional company Parts Unlimited who is put in charge of a project called Phoenix Project after it falls massively over budget and far behind schedule. The CEO gives him ninety days to fix it or see his department outsourced.
